1-Day Detox Drinks Diet


The best thing about our 1-day detox is a great simple and easy way to start detoxing our body. There are 3 phases to the 1-Day Detox Diet.


Require drink every morning: Drink a cup of lemon cleanse juice the moment you wake up. Squeeze 1 lemon into 1 big cup of warm water.

Phase 1 - before detox day

1. Add Vegetable and fruits into your diet
2. Have 2 Big Cup of Juice before every meal (so you will have 6 cup of juice per day)
Phase 2 - Detox Diet Day (For Better result instead of 1 day detox diet extend to 3 days)
Breakfast


1. 1 Big lemon cleanse juice (Squeeze 1 lemon into 1 big cup of warm water. )
2. 3 Large Cup of Juices (choose any of the recipes on the left <<)
Lunch


1. 3 Large Cup of Juices (choose any of the recipes on the left <<)
Dinner


1. 3 Large Cup of Juices (choose any of the recipes on the left <<)
Phase 3 - after detox day



Continue have 2 Cup of Juice before every meal (so you will have 6 cup of juice per day)

By the 3rd day, you should see some significant changes to your body.
